PilotHouse uses Stripe for payment processing and keeps sensitive card data out of our systems.
How payments are handled
- Stripe processes card payments and handles payouts
- PilotHouse does not store full card numbers
- Payouts go directly to the captain's Stripe account
Data we store
- Account details for captains and staff
- Trip and booking information
- Customer contact details and confirmations
Data we do not store
- Full credit card numbers
- CVV codes
